Job Description

ServiceNow Analyst/Consultant (Performance Analytics/Reporting) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for an initial contract until 20th December 2019 (with extension possibility) to be based in Manchester (3-days onsite/2-days from home).

Working on a key customer account, you will be the person responsible for ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

- ServiceNow Performance Analytics/Reporting

- Extracting data from ServiceNow and analysing/interpreting/data analysis

- Reporting on findings

- Knowledge share with other team members
