Service Performance Assurance Manager
Permanent - Reading + flexible working

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Network & Service Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service performance as well as managing the delivery of Service Performance by the supplier and ensuring all agreed business outcome and contractual obligations are being met

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Support with the assurance of Network Technical KPIs
  • Act as the Customer interface to the Supplier on Network Performance analysis
  • Based on data analysis, shareholder feedback on customer experience (direct or indirect) or industry knowledge, drive behaviours within Supplier and Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement in Network Performance Technical KPIs
  • Identify Network and Business Risks from the function, and raise into appropriate forum
  • Act as Network Performance SME
  • Work collaboratively with Shareholder Performance Teams managing the interlock with, and any impact between, Foundation and Unilateral Work Packages on the Network KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with the Shareholders to assess supplier performance and manage any mitigation requests

What we are looking for:

  • Must have a deep knowledge of RAN performance and optimisation
  • Experience of managing a service, KPI's
  • Know what the risks are in the network and challenges
  • Telecoms experience
