3 month rolling contract

This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Service Knowledge Specialist/ Online Support Specialist to join their busy consumer team in London.

Your main responsibility will be creating the questions and answer in the self help section of their website. This is an area where customers can look for answers to try and solve their issue themselves before having to call the help line.

You must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a web chat help based role
  • Excellent communication skills including good written English
