Service Desk Analyst


I am currently hiring a Service Desk analyst for a temporary contract with a learning aptitude and excellent customer service. Someone who is up & coming, high performing, is self-directed, can independently manage their time, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Service Desk analyst will be a key member taking responsibility for the below:

Skills Required:

    • Basic knowledge of Office 365, Outlook and general IT plus Mobile devices
    • Good understanding of customer service and relationships
    • Drive and determination
    • Tolerant
    • Excellent time management
    • Has a flexible approach and works well under pressure

Working Hours:

Normal working hours are on an 8 hour shift basis working anytime between 7AM and 7PM on weekdays and weekends (weekends & bank holidays are on an occasional basis, with individuals working around one weekend in 8 as a guide)
