Leading IT Services Provider require a skilled Service Desk Agent to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

Do you recognise yourself?

  • You have good MS support experience as well as Active Directory and a good list of Microsoft technologies
  • You have a proven track record of problem resolutions.
  • You have implemented successful solution designs and have met service level requirements.
  • You are able to respond and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem ownership demonstrated.
  • You meet project deadlines and costs within own scope of responsibility.
  • You are up to date with products / systems/ technologies and techniques.
