Service Architect (SCADA, OT, Operational Technology, Agile)

Service Architect (SCADA, OT, Operational Technology, Agile, ITIL, Utilities, Water Sector) - Contract - Warrington, Cheshire. A global IT services company is searching for a Service Architect to join their team in Warrington on a contract basis. The role will offer the opportunity to work from home two days per week.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Must have utilities, water waste/water sector experience with excellent client facing experience
• Must have experience on Operational Technology (OT) domain, in addition to SCADA experience
• IT Professional with domain expertise on IT Service Management and ITIL framework
• Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in Process creation and implementation
• Development of use cases / stories within a customer environment
• Translation of use cases / stories to executable service designs
• Experience of Service Design in IT and network technologies
• Experience on Operational Technology (OT) domain is preferred
• ITIL Certified or equivalent
