Senior Transition Manager - Reading

You'll be joining a vibrant, agile team, working at the forefront of the mobile telecoms industry.

Role Purpose:

We are entering an extended phase of large-scale deployment at MBNL. This role will lead and proactively manage the technical negotiation of, and transition to, new infrastructure partner agreements. There will also be direct responsibility to maintain the alignment of the technical negotiation and transition to our agreed business outcomes against cost and performance targets.

You will need to have demonstrable experienced with complex technical contract management and programme delivery, and you'll bring your commercial and technical experience capabilities to the management of all negotiation and transition interdependencies, risks and issues

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Strong experience of understanding, working with and balancing commercial and technical drivers.
  • Significant and extensive experience of leading and managing the negotiation of high value and complex agreements.
  • Significant experience of leading and managing the implementation of high value and complex agreements to achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets.
  • Extensive experience of formal Programme Management in a technology industry (mobile telecommunications desirable but not essential, other industries experience will also be recognised).
  • Strong understanding of the UK telecoms deployment eco-system, including the factors that constrain, enable and enhance its capability would be advantageous.
