Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Cambridge

Duration: Permanent

Our client, based in the Cambridge, are one of the leading network, telecommunications and mobile technology companies in the world. They are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their existing team, who will be, responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process by proactively identify future hiring needs as well as facilitate the hiring process. This include talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to End Recruitment- gaining requirements from the HRBP or department managers, sourcing from different channels, screening and submitting resumes, coordinating and where applicable, participating in the entire interview process, selection and sending Offer letters, signing contracts, follow-ups, candidate's relationship, database management
  • Bringing together different departments in a streamlined process. Ensuring the entire recruitment process flows fast and efficiently, reducing both time and cost to company for hiring an employee.
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Working toward and keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed and business leads generated
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
  • Investigating and Implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)

Required:

  • University degree
  • Solid experience managing a 360 recruitment process / End to End Recruitment
  • Relevant practical experience in technical recruitment field (Advanced technology, IT, Telecom etc).
