Role: Senior Service Architect

The Role:

A leading global IT company are looking for an experienced Senior Service Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Service Architect you will be responsible for customer end-to-end service designs and act as design authority on larger or more complex solutions.

Key Accountability's:

• Identify, design and deliver service architectures, strategies, and specific solutions.
• Guide the design & development of integrated solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Act as SME within a project or service delivery team, from the transition of design into live service.
• Writing coherent, concise and readable service documentation.
• Interacting with senior stakeholders & clients to convey ideas and thoughts.

Key Skills:

• At least 3+ years experience within Service Architecture or a similar level role.
• Detailed knowledge of service management concepts and techniques.
• Understanding of the Acceptance into Service Process, how it applies to a new service and a change to a existing service.
• Strong operational understanding of service supply chains.
• Experience of Service Operating Model Design for major IT systems.
• Working commercial knowledge of contractual obligations and associated constraints.
• Substantial experience of running workshops.
• Experience of Operational support for Cloud & Hybrid Solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiating skills.
