Senior RF Compliance Designer

6 Month Contract

Location: Reading

The Design team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of a series of design guidelines and policies on behalf of our shareholders. These designs are delivered via Managed Service Partners (MSP's), the Shareholders Design teams and specialist resources in order to enhance the capabilities of the networks.

The purpose of this role is to ensure RF compliance design guidance is understood and adhered to by the business, our shareholders, MSPs, Principal contractors and SWCs. Providing RF compliance design support to shareholders, MSPs, PCs, SWCs, Operations, Deployment and Property teams. All the while mindful that we are delivering against functional targets and objectives.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Leading implementation of quality checks of RF compliance on sites during new build, upgrades and optimisation of sites.
• Supporting introduction of tools and process to manage RF compliance
• Supporting RF Design, Planning and Tools forum to drive improvements in guidelines, process and tools support.
• Supporting network operations in managing RF non-compliance causing H&S issues in life.
• Assisting in the maintenance and development of RF compliance guidelines.
• Supporting Deployment and Operational teams in assessing alternative solutions to deal with RF compliance issues.
• Providing technical support to legal and property teams on matters relating to site specific RF compliance issues.

What we are looking for:

• An ability to engage and collaborate with teams internally and externally in order to successfully deliver all compliance objectives, within a fast-paced and target driven environment.
• RF Design and Planning Experience within an Operator or MSP environment
• Knowledge of site acquisition and implementation processes.
• Ability to respond flexibly to design challenges arising from the Acquisition and Implementation processes.
