Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Telco/Rail/Construction

Based in Reading (flexible working with 2-3 days in Reading)

Permanent Role with competitive salary

Exciting opening with a telecoms client, seeking to recruit a proven Senior QA Manager with leadership skills, and a background in implementing Quality Management Systems within build and construction environments.

In this role you will use your experience to assess the quality at each stage, asking the right questions to ensure the product has met specification, visit site to ensure the build and construction have met the design criteria and the. Experience of auditing telecom sites would help, as you'll be ensuring design and build me required standards.

Role overview

• Responsible for implementing strategies and processing to manage quality
• Responsible for reviewing and updating all quality related documents
• Driving best quality management processes
• Responsible to ensuring quality is managed throughout all phases of the project
• Responsible for in-depth investigation of quality management failures or non-compliances

Candidate Requirements

Looking for candidates with proven QA experience within business processes and who have dealt with QA programmes ideally within a telecoms/construction/ rail site environment.

• Strong Quality Assurance individual with experience of managing Quality Assurance Programmes with site element
• Ideally someone from high risk environment
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures
• A proven track record of bringing the best practice in to an organisation and using this to drive improvements
• Success in influencing senior partners
• Personality is key - Confident, takes control, strong stakeholder management experience
