This role will be supporting business readiness in the Customer function. The customer function is made up of various channels - Content, Contact Centre, Direct & Indirect, Head Office, Retail, Online Customer Journeys.

The Project manager will support the Programme manager and pick up two of these channels, Contact Centre & Retail Channel and ensure the Readiness Managers for each of these areas are prepared for change.

Reporting into Programme Manager for Customer Functional Area.

Snr Project Manager will support in the delivery & implementation of change.

• Stakeholder engagement
• Planning & RAIDS Mgmt
