Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Partner/Vendor Manager to work for a high profile, well loved brand within the telecoms sector that also offers flexible working from the office when everything gets back to normal. This role will sit under the head of Partner Management for Tech & Ops and be accountable for Partner Management of key partners delivering RAN & Transmission services and Core services.

What will the role involve:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to facilitate the Partner management process
  • Accountable for new technologies and solutions to be set up to be operated in the correct way and to the correct brand standards within their respective areas and to interlock with others
  • Ensure their respective partner organisations remain focused on service operations excellence through achievement of SLAs and by driving continuous improvement
  • Build and track specific performance against short, medium and long-term benefit, report and challenge partner where necessary to stay on track (instigating Service Improvement Plans if appropriate)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and facilitate the provision of forecasted / Demand information to partners on a regular and accurate basis

What experience is needed:

  • Proven Vendor manager / Partner Manager with telecommunication background
  • Ability to act as the contract SME
  • Experience of managing a large partner/vendor relationships
  • Someone who is focused on delivering excellence
