Great opportunity to work as Senior Partner/Vendor Manager role for a high profile , well-loved brand within the telecoms sector that also offers flexible working from the Reading based office. This role sits under the Head of Partner Management for Tech & Ops. We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager (also known as Vendor Manager) to join and be accountable for Partner Management who deliver RAN & Transmission and Core services.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to facilitate the Partner management process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and facilitate the provision of forecasted / Demand information to partners on a regular and accurate basis
• Provide Contract Management (own the contract, operate the contract, hold parties accountable)
• Build strong Relationship (own the relationship and lifecycle from contract signing to deliver, development and exit)
• Experience in Performance Management (achieve contracted deliverables, and look to exceed)

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Proven Vendor manager / Partner Manager with telecommunication background
• Ability to act as the Commercial SME - must be able to be given it, understand it and manage it
• Experience of managing a large partner/vendor.
• Good to have telecom background.
