Job Description

Senior Network Support Engineer/Network Consultant (CCNA/CCNP/ServiceNow/Security Clearable) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 5 months contract, to be based in Birmingham, West Midlands (5 days on-site). Must live within a daily, commutable distance from Birmingham, as the role will be 5 days on-site in Birmingham.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent
  • Excellent client facing experience
  • Technical network support and troubleshooting
  • Problem Solving in Networks or Applications
  • Managing Tasks
  • Knowledge Management
  • System Testing
  • Technical reporting
  • Change control
  • As many of the following as possible: DHCP/VLAN, LAN (switching), WAN (routing), IP, IPAM, VOIP/Telephony Technologies, Wireless LAN (Aruba), Cisco routers/switches/protocols, ServiceNow
