Senior Network Support Engineer

* SC Cleared Senior Network Support Engineer (Juniper). Birmingham. Contract.

*SC Cleared Senior Network Support Engineer (Juniper) required to work on a contract basis to provide 3rd and 4th line support working with PMs and designers to implement designs in to environment. To act as point of contact for escalations and be Subject Matter Expert.

To Provide varied and complex technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and/or projects deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be qualified to JNCIA/ JNCIP/ JNCIS levels. Knowledge of protocols; IP, BGP, MPLS, IS-ISP, RSVP, VLANs, VPNs. A working knowledge of JUNOS and the juniper family of routers and switches and firewalls. Knowledge of MSC, TfS and RIO.
