Job Description
Senior Migration Consultant
Contract role
UK based, remote initially and then occasional office attendance required
Exciting interim role for a Senior Migration Consultant to join an exciting brand within telecoms.
This role will play a senior role within customer migration as part of a complex transformation programme. This role will essentially require the successful applicant to lead the business element of the customer migration and ultimately bring to life a migration strategy that will ensure minimal disruption to the customer and the business!
Focusing on the business elements will mean working closely with technical teams, and running key areas required to deliver from a business perspective.
Required Background
- Previous proven background leading a complex system/customer migration
- Strong Business Transformation/Change Management/Planning experience
- Sound commercial understanding
- Knowledge of migration risks/pitfalls to plan around
- Multichannel experience
- Experience of comms design, planning, solution design would be beneficial
- Analytical mindset that can spot trends, and plan accordingly
