Senior Gaming Operations Manager
Location: London Paddington
Full-time ongoing contract (Inside IR35)
The Senior Gaming Operations Manager is responsible for business strategy and day to day operations for a number of gaming apps on AppGallery. He or she will own a number of titles and will manage their entire lifecycle from launch to monetisation and retention, while working towards sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
The candidate is expected to have 5-7 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry including strategy and operations.
Business strategy requirements will include strong understanding of the gaming landscape in the UK+I, with knowledge of the main game developers and publishers as well as familiarity with the popular and top performing titles along with their business model (acquisition, monetisation and retention of users)
Typical operations duties will include planning and execution of digital promotional and marketing campaigns with focus on user awareness, acquisition, activation, monetization and retention for Company Mobile Services.
The Senior Gaming Operations Manager should be able to own the end to end lifecycle of a game and determine the right strategies and campaigns that are suitable for each stage.
He or she should have strong knowledge of community and influencer marketing, high value user retention strategies, as well as user referral programs.
The Senior Gaming Operations Manager is expected to have strong analytical and communication skills. He or she are expected to analyse large amount of data in short period of time and extract insights and learnings.
The candidate is also expected to reach out and build strong relations with the main business stakeholders whether local or regional.
Finally, the role demands a strong sales attitude and the ability to be responsible for targets and goals quarterly and yearly.
