Senior Delivery Manager (Network Deployment / Site Acquisition)

Reading, Berkshire

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager from a Mobile Telecoms Network Deployment / Site Acquisition background with experience managing a team of Delivery Managers. This is a permanent opportunity working for a rapidly growing Mobile Telecoms company based in central Reading, offering a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and some flexibility to work from home.

As Senior Delivery Manager you will use your experience within mobile telecoms site acquisition and knowledge of the Electronics Communication Code (ECC), to manage a team of 5-6 Delivery Managers to drive through and overcome any site acquisition issues relating to the new Code.

Reporting into the Head of Property your role as Senior Delivery Manager will be to:

  • Manage the internal Delivery Managers and external suppliers for the successful delivery of new code agreements from lease renewals, major upgrade programmes and new site acquisition
  • Responsible for Supplier performance, setting targets and managing contractual obligations
  • Highlight potential risks and mitigate as necessary
  • Manage changes to site lists
  • Budget forecasting and reforecasting
  • Management of strategic and BAU activities across the network property estate

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience managing a team of Site Acquisition Delivery Managers
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Electronics Communication Code and how this affects site acquisition (essential)
  • Delivery of sites to time, cost and quality
  • Line management experience
  • Good understanding of RAN processes and cross functional dependencies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
