Senior Data Core Design Engineer/Architect

This is a 6 month contract role working for a well loved brand within telecoms. We are looking for a Data Core Design Engineer/Architect to be responsible for the HLD and LLD designs & solutions, platform design and platform integration. The roles offers hybrid working.

Other responsibilities include:

• Creation of HLD/LLD within Packet Core domain - hands-on end to end design role (no people or project management but do need to be able to demonstrate Technical Leadership in driving their designs)
• Solid grounding in 4G/LTE Packet Core design or 5G
• Experience with VoLTE/IMS would be good

Other useful experience will be suggested by the presence of some of the following

• Roaming, CSFB, DPI, EPC, MPC, GGSN, SGSN, SGW, GTP, RANAP, PS Core, Packet Core, Data Core
