Senior Consultant- Strategic Workforce Planning and Org Design

I have a unique opportunity to work with a leading communications company in Berkshire on a contract basis. We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Consultant with experience in Strategic workforce planning and Organisation Design.

As the Senior Consultant you will work within the people function of the business and work alongside the senior leadership team to identify the capabilities required to deliver the company strategy and vision and work with the business to design these structures that meet those needs and detailed plans to build the capabilities required both now and in the future.

Your role will involve;

• Strategic planning
• Manage relationships with internal customers, colleagues and senior managers in the business
• Building capability
• Organisational design and development
• Resource and workforce planning
