12 month Fixed Term Contract

I am recruiting for a Senior Product Manager on behalf of a leading consumer tech company in Maidenhead. My client is looking for a highly customer centric, innovative senior level Product Manager with both commercial and strategic acumen.

As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for leading a team in exploring, developing and executing new products within the insurance vertical. We are looking for someone who can work cross functionally ensuring business growth and profitability whilst also considering customer needs and the overall UX / customer journey.

You will need to be creative and flexible, be able to turn a rigid product into something more customer centric whilst also being profitable.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Senior B2C product or propositions professional within digital / fintech
• Commercially savvy
• Able to operate cross functionally with all areas of the business
• Some knowledge of the insurance industry / products will be a bonus
• Be customer driven
• Start-up experience would also be ideal
• Motivated by driving projects forward
• Able to challenge resistance
