Senior Commercial Partnership Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team. The Commercial Partnership Manager will own the contract & commercial relationship of several major Multi-Site Providers (MSPs) and be a key escalation point for Client/VF/VMO2 or the MSP, to ensure the required contract obligations are upheld for both parties from the agreements to support and deliver Client/VF/VMO2 business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage and maintain accurate and appropriate governance with the MSPs, in order to manage the MSPs to deliver against their SLA/KPI deliverables, whilst ensuring Client are delivering against their obligations.

* To understand Client and customer requirements relevant to the MSPs and ensure a positive relationship within a key Stakeholder Management framework and ensure there is a long-term strategy to optimize the relationship from a Client/VF/VMO2 perspective. Seek and gain VF/VMO2 buy in to proposed strategy before engaging with the MSP

* Lead the negotiation of new Master agreement(s) with the MSPs directly or via an appointed agent/legal team. Act as principal point of contact (both internally and externally) throughout negotiations. Own the resolution of issues impacting the negotiation (ADBA, Estates Management, Legal, Commercial and Operational) providing regular updates on progress as required.

* Manage with Legal support to deliver finalised agreements and manage these agreements through the relevant Client/VF/VMO2 company governance processes.

Person Specification:

* Significant commercial negotiation & account management experience. Successful negotiation track record of fostering strong inter-personal relationships.

* Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent

* Commercial acumen, influencing skills, relationship management, IT literacy (Excel intermediate level). Negotiating & Resolution Dispute skills

* Operate and uphold Client values of delivering excellence, stronger connections, sharper solutions and inspiring transformations
