Senior Commercial Counsel

A growing telecommunications and infrastructure company are looking to bring in a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their growing In-House Legal Team.

The main purposes of the role are to provide Strategic legal advice and guidance across business operations, and in particular to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to shape and support business development opportunities. Furthermore the Senior Commercial Counsel will offer Solution-focused legal advice to key commercial and strategic matters to support the business in achieving its key objectives including advice and support to the business around the Master Service Agreements (and other contractual documents). This role will also offer the wider legal team with the delivery of key commercial or procurement projects, providing pragmatic and solution-focused legal advice to support the organisation in achieving its objectives.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced In-House Counsel, with at least 7 years post qualified experience, who is looking for a broad scoped In-House role within an innovative tech centric company.
