Senior Audio Visual (AV) Technical Support Engineer

Senior Audio Visual (AV) Technical Support Engineer is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client, for a rolling 5-month contract, to be based in Southampton.

The role itself encompasses managing AV service, including fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High level AV support, VIP Support and Smart-Hands support.

The customer have recently migrated their estate to Windows 10 so some familiarity with supporting this OS will be desirable. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
