Are you an experienced SEN specialist with leadership experience seeking a new and exciting opportunity in 2020?

If so, Project People are supporting a secondary school based in SE London who wish to appoint a SENCo to join a developing inclusion team as soon as possible, dependent on availability.

• Salary range - Outer London scale (Dependent on experience)

The secondary school is a popular non-selective school that caters for over 1500 students, including over 250 in in their Sixth Form, located 15 minutes from good public transport and road / motorway links.

Inclusion is at the forefront of the school, therefore the successful person appointed will be key to achieving this. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Trust staff as well as a dynamic and caring Senior Leadership team to make lasting improvements to the lives of vulnerable young people and their families.

The school development plan focuses on the attainment and experience of vulnerable groups, so your work will be valued and supported by all school stakeholders.

You will be a qualified teacher in the role of SENCo and this is a non-teaching position. The position offers professional challenge and a rewarding opportunity supported by talented and dedicated colleagues.
