Security Cleared* UNIX AIX Engineer / Technical Consultant

Security Cleared* UNIX AIX Migration Engineer / Technical Consultant is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client, for an initial 6-month home based contract.

The role requires strong knowledge of Unix (AIX) operating systems, ability to produce complex UNIX scripts and knowledge of Cloud computing principles to support the teams aims to manage, monitor and maintain services. Your CV must demonstrate strong/recent AIX skills to be successful with your application.

The role is required for a major UNIX (AIX) migration project.

- Significant AIX hardware experience
- Strong Unix scripting skills
- Proven experience in an implementation support role at 2nd/3rd Line Level
- Good understanding of Storage, Networking & cloud computing technologies
