Security Cleared* Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for a Security Cleared* Internal Audit Manager on a secondment basis for FY21 (until April 2022) as part of the IA J-SOX team. Reporting into the Head of Financial Audits and J-SOX Europe, your immediate team will consist of three other members, all experienced auditors.

Your role will involve:

• Working within the J-SOX control framework of process level controls ("PLC") and entity level controls ("ELC") for the UK organisation
  * Performing J-SOX audits according to existing framework based on current ERP systems
  * Work with the IA team to implement new (revised) internal control setup based on OneERP for J-SOX purposes in the UK. This task will include re-creating the J-SOX control framework and will provide the secondee the opportunity to:

o being part of this significant transformation program in the UK
o working directly with process owners from finance organization and business, the OneERP consultant PwC, control owners to analyse processes, risks and relevant controls to mitigate risks
o Working together with an experienced IA team as well as Japan Internal Control Office
o Performing user tests within OneERP program

• 
  Working on introducing the revised control framework within OneERP to shared service centers for all main processes
  * Performing project audits and follow up audits from prior FY, some sensitive account audits

Your experience

• 
  Preferably, you will have an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ ACCA) with good accounting knowledge
  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to easily collaborate with colleagues at all levels in the organisation
  * Ability to and comfortable working without continuous guidance and with some degree of ambiguity
  * Good workplace tools skills (with the opportunity to learn and use Visio)
  * The ability to obtain Security Clearance in the UK is required for this position
