Security Cleared* Enterprise Architect -AWS/Azure/Public Sector

Security Cleared* Enterprise Architect (AWS/Azure/Public Sector) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, on a long term programme of work, to be based remotely from home.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• The successful applicant will be an experienced broad Enterprise Architect
• Must have AWS or Azure enterprise architecture experience
• Excellent client facing experience
• Must be AWS or Azure certified, or equivalent
• Must have Public Sector experience
• Wide understanding of IT
• Experience of managing a large design team.
• Responsible for define and delivering major technical strategies/architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers' business and commercial issues and contribute key insights.
• Determines strategies, architectures and proposals.
• Shapes technical proposals to be acceptable to the customer and may make solution/service trade-offs.
• Authors design and test documents for large, complex solution developments, incorporating strategic level risks and remedies and manages a large design team to achieve documented handover criteria.
• Authors high level design documents for major solutions, managing design requirements and implementation teams and maintains an audit trail for an effective design control process.
• Delivers presentations and "white papers" on the impact of emerging technologies to senior customer and business representatives.

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
