Job Description
Security Cleared* DevOps Application Support Engineer is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home until restrictions are lifted, then to be based in Croydon, South London for 3 months and then Bracknell, Berkshire thereafter.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Must have extensive experience of working as an Application DevOps Support Engineer
- Experience of providing 3rd line Application DevOps Support
- Must have as many of the following as possible: AWS, Java (Spring/Springboot), web (html, css, Jquery, ReactJS, Javascript), XML, SCCS, JSON, Swagger, YAML, SQL, powershell, Maven, Gradle, Bash, Python for CI/CD
- Strong experience working within a technical operational support function at Level 3
- Issue troubleshooting experience
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodology
- Excellent communication skills and customer support experience
