Security Cleared Oracle HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultant

Security Cleared Oracle Cloud HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultant (eBusiness), is urgently required by our Global IT Services client for a rolling home based contract. Initial end date will be 31/03/2020 with extensions.

We are looking for a Principal Oracle Payroll/HRMS Functional Consultant to lead on the Payroll delivery of Oracle
Cloud and E-Business Suite projects. The role will involve gathering requirements and designing a payroll solution that will delight customers. This will consist of documenting and configuring the system before seeing the solution through to delivery through the different testing phases such as UAT and PCT. Additionally you will be involved in assisting in bids and sales opportunities and carrying out appraisals for the more junior members of the team. This is a hand's on role where a technical background is required.

Core Skills
· In depth E-Business and Cloud Payroll experience
· Attention to detail with high documentation standards
· Team player who will assist other team members
· SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
· Customer focused
