Job Description
Our esteemed IT Client is offering a remote contract for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance consultant with active Security Clearance.This is an Oracle Cloud Finance and R12/expenses functional consultant position. Excellent experience in Oracle support and BAU is required.
Responsibilities:
- They will be doing break-fix on finance modules-expenses etc. / providing oracle support.
- Experience with supporting or implementing financials modules in Oracle R12.
- Having Oracle BAU experience in managed service environment and Oracle support experience is key.
- Understanding technical issues, initial root cause analysis, along with troubleshooting through to the final incident resolution.
- Ability to raise an SR with Oracle and progress to a conclusion - run any necessary diagnostics, escalate as needed etc.
- Ability to explain technical issues in business terms and vice versa.
- Ability to perform simple SQL queries.
- Familiarity with the main tables for the Finance modules.
- Remote based and comes with no expected travel requirements.
