Security Cleared Messaging Lead (MS Exchange SME)

A Messaging Lead is required to install & configure MS Exchange 2016 as part of an Operating System upgrade (Windows 7 to Windows 10) on a Command & Control infrastructure. The Messaging Lead will report to the Solution Build Lead and Design Authority (Principal Architect). The Messaging Lead will be part of the Account Team and will liaise with the current SMEs for Infrastructure, Applications and Networking as required.

The role holder will be responsible for the ownership & delivery of the required packages and documentation for the core Exchange infrastructure components and the Outlook applications installed on the platform, cognisant of the underlying security requirements.

Skills/Experience:

*Production of High Level designs for Microsoft Exchange deployment.
*Production of Low Level designs for MS Exchange deployment.
*Integrate Exchange with existing Veeam Backup & replication solution.
*Design and implement a vSphere infrastructure including automated builds with secure lockdown using PowerCLI.
*Design and implement a Microsoft Certificate Authority Solution.
*Design and implement the automated MS Exchange builds.
*Design and implement automated migration scripts for MS Exchange.
*Knowledge of CESG guidance and DISA STIGs for Microsoft Exchange and the implementation and implementation of security profiles for Exchange and Outlook to meet these requirements.
*Design and implement solution to automatically configure Outlook clients.
