Security Cleared DevOps Consultant/DevOps Design Engineer

Security Cleared DevOps Consultant/DevOps Design Engineer (CI/CD & Automation) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 4 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Develop infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
• Documentation of code pipelines and implementation
• Developing automation code and pipelines for the following DevOps toolsets: Microsoft GitHub, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Jenkins
• Container technologies including - Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, JSONnet
• Cloud Platform experience - AWS
• Platform engineering - Postgres, Groovy apps, Java applications with spring boot, Hadoop/Kaftka.
• Developing monitoring solutions for a mission critical infrastructures with multiple technologies including ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience of working within SCRUM based development projects within a SCRUM of SCRUMs approach.
• Experience of working on large government projects and programmes
• Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, Docker, JSONnet
• IaaC, monitoring and management - Postgres, Kaftka, Groovy Apps, JavaApps with spring boot
• Mon/log - Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• CI/CD - Jenkins, Groovy, JIRA, Confluence
