Security Cleared AWS DevOps Technical Lead/Team Lead

Security Cleared AWS DevOps Technical Lead/Team Lead is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 5 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home, UK with ad-hoc travel to Manchester, UK. (UK Only).

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must be a customer focused Technical Team Lead, with strong hands on technical experience as well as team lead experience.
• Responsible for leading a technical team of DevOps engineers delivering solutions to agreed timescales with our stakeholders you will also be responsible for resolving technical escalations with the team and will ensure compliances to customer standards which includes security.
• Develop technical architectures within AWS to meet both customer and business requirements.
• AWS Certified Professional or equivalent.
• Must have technical and team leadership skills and demonstrable experience.
• Experience of leading a team of DevOps engineers.
• DEVOPS tooling - Agile tooling (Jira), Collaboration (Confluence & MS Teams).
• Must have detailed knowledge around AWS and DevOps and a hands-on technical background in AWS and DevOps. The expectation is that the individual will remain hands-on as well as being the Technical Lead.
