Job Description

Security Cleared 1st Line IT Support/Technician is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 5 months rolling contract, to be based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, 5 days on client site. The successful applicant will be interested in IT and looking to move into IT support. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The successful applicant will be interested in IT and looking to moving into IT support. Training will be provided.
  • Working within a team
  • Responsible for all technical IT support activities including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
  • Responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
  • Liaising with external and internal clients regarding questions, malfunctions, preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments.
  • Providing 1st Line Deskside support. Training will be provided.

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered. This is an urgent requirement; please apply as soon as possible if you would like to be considered.
