Security Assurance Consultant

Security Assurance Consultant - Contract - Berkshire

Leading managed services provider in the defence industry require an experienced Security Assurance Consultant on an ongoing contract basis to work on-site in their Berkshire offices.

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**

Responsibilities:

• Identification of cyber security risks and development of strategies for risk management.
• The provision of cyber security control recommendations aimed at providing through life management of identified risks.
• The development and documentation of risk management plans that are appropriate for the Service
• Guidance on secure development, build, deployment, operation and management of systems, services and Cloud.

Skill set:

• NCSC Cyber Certified Professional Lead Security Information Risk Advisor or (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• Knowledge and expertise of risk management using both HMG IAS 1&2 and the NIST SP 800 Framework
• Cloud and DevSecOps experience
