Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery Manager

Home Based (UK Only)

I am currently undertaking a Search for a Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery Manager role for a leading client.

Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who wants to make a difference in customer value delivery flow by optimising the ways of working and providing expert input to our teams on customer projects. You will be a leader who can work with both experienced and long-standing teams, and also mentor newly formed teams to become optimal value delivery units. Working on a key customer transformation programme for a global customer, you will have experience of working with customers and supporting them on their journey. You will also have great influencing skills.

We are looking for strong skills in the following areas:

  • Experienced scrum master, 3- 5 years minimum demonstrable experience including implementation at scale (SAFe, SoS, LeSS), ceremony execution and facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with and supporting customers on their digital transformation journeys
  • Scrum certified (PSM II or higher)
  • JIRA proficient
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile value and principles
  • Identifying potential improvement opportunities and working with the teams to implement these
  • Liaise with stakeholders and product owners to establish the best value delivery flow
  • Protecting the team from external influences

You will be an expert providing specialist consultancy and advice to clients and project teams, whilst establishing trusted working relationships. As an expert, you will constantly evolve and grow your coaching skills and network, and continuously perform knowledge share within the team. Since this is a global programme there may be some adjustment required in working hours, with early mornings required.
