Science Teacher (Home Tutition)

Project People are currently supporting a specialist provision that provides education for children with a range of learning difficulties including SEMH to children no longer in mainstream education and consists of 4 sites.

They are seeking to appoint a Science specialist to provide home tuition, from March 2020 until the end of the academic year.

The successful person will have full QTS with a Science degree and is capable of teaching AQA GCSE Science. Some experience working in a school or educational environment is preferred, as some levels of work is provided by the education provision, along with plenty of resources to be utilised, therefore you will be adept at planning and preparing lessons.

• 2 days per week - flexible within school working hours ( can work the hours over more days for example)

• You will be required to travel from various students homes in the Merton borough to offer the tuition service

• Obligation to teach 8 hours at different (Vetted) homes
