Project People are supporting a multi academy trust based in Oxfordshire. They are seeking to appoint a highly experienced primary trained senior leader to take on the role of Primary Support and Challenge Partner within the Academy Trust, part time basis (0.2 to 0.4) on a 1 year term contract basis from September 2019.
- Salary: £60,755 pro rata
You will have a proven track record as a senior leader in primary settings, plus experience as either an OfSTED inspector, SIP or school improvement consultant is advantageous.
The focus of the role will be to raise standards in the primary provision, by providing professional challenge and support to Headteachers and colleagues working across all primary schools in the Trust.
You will need to be a passionate practitioner of primary education and be able to transform the lives of children. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the Trust, research, develop and implement best practice in schools, developing a close working relationship with each you are assigned to.
The successful person will also work closely with the Director of Education (Primary) and two other primary school Support and Challenge Partners. This is an exciting time to be join the Academy Trust. They currently consist of five secondary schools, fourteen primary schools and a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) provider; with a secondary Free School in pre-opening due to open in September 2019 and interest from other schools seeking to join.
