Full time Contract (40 hours per week)
I am currently undertaking a Search for a SAP4/HANA TRAINER role for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level. This is a junior role with around 3-4 years of experience required.The role requires someone who has trainer, training development, content development and preferably SAP 4/H experience.
Outline of role:
- SAP4/HANA TRAINER role, working within an established business change team across a variety of projects enabling a digital workplace.
- Working alongside consultants, and customer Delivery/ Project managers. Day to day interaction with the customers end users across their organisation.
- Change and adoption planning - creation of communications strategy, communications plans, training needs analysis, stakeholder analysis and planning.
- Change and adoption delivery - execute change and adoption plans, creation of communication artefacts including emails and intranet stories, create knowledge articles and user guides, deliver lunch and learns, create instructional videos, provide hands on training to leadership level customers etc.
