SAP Service Delivery Manager - Service, ITIL, SAP, Functional, FICO, SDDM

Outstanding opportunity to join this leading global organisation as a SAP Service Delivery Manager.

You will lead the SAP functional service delivery to customers in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements.

You will actively own service risks, control service costs and improve productivity of high complexity contracts for customers and to continually improve cost effectiveness.

In conjunction with the customer you will identify and define requirements for new services. Ensure all services are professionally introduced and accepted into service. Proactively lead internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as one to customers.

Lead and be a regular contributor and innovator to the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards and practices for the customer contract and the service delivery community.

Lead, motivate and develop the SAP support team, directly or indirectly to build business capability. Provide direction and constant improvement to quality.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience as a consultant implementing and supporting SAP
• Team lead/service management experience.
• Commercial awareness.
• Competency with FICO or SDDM is advantageous.
• Must be flexible to travel.

Desirable Skills

• ITIL accreditation or equivalent.
