Salesforce Development Manager - a great opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Development Manager to join my client on a permanent basis. This position will initially be home working, however once possible you will be required to be office based 2-3 days a week (Witney, Oxfordshire).

This is a key role reporting into the Head of Business Applications. As Salesforce Development Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and operations of the salesforce platform to meet changing business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 6 direct reports (engineers and analysts) so previous experience of leading a development team is essential.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the development and operations of the salesforce platform
• Lead and develop the teams capabilities
• Complete the delivery of the Salesforce and Kaptio product, enhancing the MVP to meet business requirements
• Rolling out to all users and complete transition from the legacy system
• Create and deliver a roadmap of in-house developments and Kaptio and Salesforce major releases

Skills & Experience We are looking for:

• Demonstrable leadership of a software development and application operation team which includes developing the capabilities of the team
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to discuss business strategy, product ownership, maturity and performance
• Experience of managing a Salesforce development and engineering team, preferably service cloud
• Strong experience of leading a CRM (Sales or service) system development function from requirement to release, including business analysis, development, testing, release and warranty
• Experience of leading a technical support and application operations function
• Strong experience practising Agile (Kanban or SCRUM)
• Salesforce certified (Administrator, or Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer)
