RF Planning & Optimisation Engineer

This leading telecoms company are seeking Optimisation Engineers for a project based in Nurnburg, Germany

G/U/L parameter audit.
Communicate with customer as interface for parameter inconsistency check and submit correction proposals.
Generate weekly parameter consistency check result report.
Import and export parameter setting from different customer systems.
Be in charge of daily communication with customer
Support parameter planning tasks from other team.
Technical communication and clarification with customers.
Fluent in English speaking. German speaking is preferred.
More than 5 years radio network optimization experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE technologies.
Experience with TEF radio network parameter planning tools(Atoll, CCM,CRM, Etc)
Expertise in 3GPP protocols and generic algorithms.
