Resourcing Advisor - Retail Recruiter- 3-6 month contract - Remote Working (must be UK based)
This is a unique opportunity to join a busy in-house recruitment team for a leading mobile telecoms company and gain exposure to a fast paced and commercially driven HR function. You`ll be providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process.

Our Resourcing Team supports Retail stores across the UK and works closely with Resourcing Partners and the wider People & Customer Teams. The Advisors in our Resourcing Team are responsible for the pre-screening for all retail roles and we strive to deliver the highest calibre of candidates whilst providing the best possible experience to candidates.
By joining the Resourcing Team, you'll take ownership of a high volume of vacancies across the retail estate, providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support the delivery of the recruiting lifecycle to attract amazing people to the business. From the initial shortlisting and telephoning screening of candidates up to arranging interviews and providing feedback to successful applicants. Deliver a cost-effective and efficient resourcing service to meet the needs of the business.
Recruitment experience in any industry (retail would be ideal, not essential) must be diligent and able to get through high volume recruitment work
