The role:

This is a great opportunity to join a busy in-house recruitment team and gain exposure to a fast paced and commercially driven HR function. You`ll be providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process.

As part of the Resourcing Team, you will be supporting our client's Retail stores across the UK. You will be responsible for the pre-screening for all retail roles and will strive to deliver the highest calibre of candidates whilst providing the best possible experience to candidates.

By joining the Resourcing Team, you'll take ownership of a high volume of vacancies across the retail estate, providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Support the delivery of the recruiting lifecycle to attract amazing people to Three. From the initial shortlisting and telephoning screening of candidates up to arranging interviews and providing feedback to successful applicants. Deliver a cost-effective and efficient resourcing service to meet the needs of the business.

Experience:

Prior experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Agency or in-house background considered

Experience of recruiting retail staff would be a bonus
