Job Description
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
Leading IT Services Provider in the defence sector require a skilled Remedy Consultant to join their team in Hampshire.
The project requires a Remedy expert with skill / experience in:
- The design and configuration of the BMC Remedy ITSM toolset in a highly available architecture.
- Configuration of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge base, Asset configuration Management processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems administration within an enterprise environment
- Any experience in the development and delivery of software using Agile Methodologies
