Regional Estates Manager

A leading Infrastructure company within the telecoms industry are looking to hire an experienced Regional Estates Manager to join their Property and Estates Team in Reading.

As Regional Estates Manager, your main purpose will be to provide the professional property oversight to the management of our estate or cell sites and the OPEX associated with these locations. Develop and deliver strategies that will enhance landlord engagement and improve the financial performance of the estate whilst managing and mitigating risk to the operation of the network by our customers.

Previous experience using /amending /negotiating legal documentation including the preparation of written instructions to Solicitors/Legal Executives is highly desirable.
