Job Description
Project People are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter to lead and develop a team of Defence Talent Acquisition Consultants. Manage all permanent recruitment activity, providing consultative advice on our client's recruitment processes, talent management and employer branding. Operationally manage Project People's Permanent Defence Resourcing Function, drive best practice, act as trusted business partner on all client recruitment matters.
Our client has outsourced its recruitment function and we are required to deliver first class talent acquisition services to our client stakeholders. This role is an internal talent role, no cold calling or business development.

Defence or cloud recruitment experience a bonus, but not essential.
