Recruitment Team Administrator


Contract - Maidenhead

Project People are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Team Administrator based in Maidenhead to start immediately on a 6 month Contract

The successful candidate will ideally have some Recruitment experience

The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:-

  • General Administrative Duties - interview arranging, room booking, diary management
  • Processing offers and supporting their on boarding

You will need to be IT literate, able to use MS and have experience of using an applicant tracking system ie Taleo

You will also need to have good communication skills. There is also some reporting occasionally, therefore, the successful applicant will need to have experience in PowerPoint
